With well over 20 years of extensive hands-on Human Resource experience in the Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Electronic and Medical Devices / Instruments and Aerospace Industry, Jude is experienced in all aspects of human resources including the setting up of new HR departments, the recruitment & selection process, compensation and benefits, performance management, development of effective HR policies, development of HR work flow processes and Organizational Development.
Prior to starting his own consulting firm, Jude served as the Head of Human Resources for various multinational companies from the pharmaceutical, chemicals and medical instrument companies. He had also successfully led several new multinational start-up projects formulating HR & HRD Strategies and Policies to support new business needs of the Company and ensuring the Employment Act and relevant government regulatory requirements are met.
He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR and co-founded The HR III Pte. Ltd. To provide professional and reliable recruitment and human resource cost effective services to companies.
Robin HO has been involved in adults’ learning and education since 1999. As a University of Nottingham MBA (Finance) alumni, his career includes the setting up of professional qualifications for foreign universities, new Singapore Ministry of Education as well as WSQ registered curriculum development, competency mapping with top universities’ academic pathways, overseas career counseling as well as eLearning and business development.
As a professional training consultant and serial entrepreneur, Robin has been exposed to a myriad of industries (Advertising & Design, Hospitality and Tourism, Sports and Wellness, K12 Education, Ship-building, Petrochemical, Construction and Safety), and levels of adult training. These experiences have allowed him to be familiar with working with various levels and types personnel training and requirements. As a HR professional, Robin has been involved in the identification, selection and recruitment efforts (locally and overseas) as well as the development of recruitment policies and talent development efforts of organizations.
As a co-founder of HR III Pte Ltd, Robin provides the company with business management experience and hopes to share his passion and experience for Human Resource talent development with his clients.
SEOW Choon Chew
Choon Chew is a seasoned HR professional with more than 25 years of experience, of which 18 years was in the Oil & Gas and Chemical sector. He was fully responsible for partnering with the regional leadership team in the business and across countries in developing HR processes, programmes and policies that will impact businesses in the Asia Pacific Region. Notably, he played critical roles in the reorganisation of the businesses, designed and implemented talent programmes as well as helping organisations transitioned into anew business environment.
Choon Chew has very broad and relevant experience in various HR functions; such as Talent Management, Learning & Organisational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment and Selection. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from NUS. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a Diploma in Compensation and Benefits.
